The Essex – Lower East Side

Living at The Essex was an absolute 10/10 experience. The management team was hands down the best. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about residents. Any maintenance requests were handled within hours or at most a day, which made life there stress free. The front desk staff were outstanding. They were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, creating a warm and secure environment. The entire building was kept spotlessly clean at all times, from common areas to hallways. On top of that, the amenities were incredible. They were well maintained, modern, and designed for both comfort and convenience. The atmosphere throughout the building was full of great energy and good vibes, which made it feel like home from day one. If you were looking for a place that truly valued its residents and delivered on every promise, I could not recommend The Essex more highly. Easily a 10/10.
Cons
The only downside was that there was no parking in the building.
Advice to the owners
Consider partnering with a nearby garage to make parking more convenient for residents.
