Super convenient location and great management
None, just super central so there is a lot going on
Great rooftop and balconies. High-end luxurious. Great staff. Soundproofed from neighbors and from the outside world.
4th floor units are right on top of the machinery room, so it's hard to sleep. Gorgeous rooftop doesn't permit more than two guests.
