Poor building management

Cons
Management is unresponsive to building requests and raise rent over $100 when resigning lease. Electric heat is infective, costing on average $115 per month for my unit. Brown water on occasion though it was much worse in the beginning of lease with old management company. A lot of package theft in the building and little help from the management company. Courtyard is full of dog poop. Lobby and hallways are not heated or air conditioned hence the high heat bill for my unit which sits over the lobby.
Advice to the owners
Hire a super who tenants can contact directly.
