Pros
Amenity's, concierge, security, large mail room in addition to package lockers, carts to transport packages or other items, proximity to train station, rules; they keep people from doing ridiculous things, most times.
Cons
They nickle and dime you for every feature. $75 a month technology fee for their building wide 5g and app for residents; there's no way to avoid it. The parking is $350 per spot and they tax you for that amount separately, some of the tenants smoke here and they clearly signed the lease that has a very clear addendum on smoking and its clearly prohibited, even if you have a medical marijuana card. I prefer a smoke free environment. They have a way to report them, but i'm not sure how well that works, even though its a breach of the tenants lease. Ive been reporting it for two months straight.
Advice to the owners
Address the smokers who are in breach of their lease agreement and stop sending those of us who report it scripted email responses.
