What to check before choosing a building highly rated for water pressure near the B45 bus in Weeksville
- Check the building’s water-pressure notes in reviews/Q&A, and ask follow-up questions about showers, water pressure consistency at peak hours, and any known plumbing work.
- Use the rating (from rated buildings) as a quick screen, but verify the unit you’re considering—building-wide issues don’t always affect every apartment the same way.
- Confirm lease terms and utility responsibilities in writing. Even if water pressure looks good, your full monthly cost (rent, deposits, and any required fees) still depends on the lease.
- If the building has multiple entry points or plumbing zones, ask whether your specific floor/unit has the same pressure performance.
- Shortlist a few options and schedule a time-based check (morning/evening) to see whether pressure holds throughout the day.
