Buildings with laundry rooms near Flatbush Av-Brooklyn College station in NYC

It’s intended to surface buildings where laundry is available on-site or in the building. Because setups can vary, confirm the exact arrangement with the building (in-unit vs. shared), how to pay for use, and any access rules.

The live count on this page is 13+ buildings that match the Flatbush Av–Brooklyn College area filter plus the with-laundry requirement.

Not necessarily. Even when laundry is listed, buildings may charge per use or require payment methods. Ask the building for the current cost and how machines are activated.

Ask whether machines are regularly serviced, expected downtime during repairs, and who handles maintenance requests. Review notes and Q&A can help you gauge whether issues are frequent or quickly resolved.

Some buildings limit access by floor, hours, or require keys/equipment. Confirm the access process, cleaning responsibilities, and whether there are lockouts or building-wide restrictions.

Use building pages to compare what’s listed, then check Openigloo reviews and tenant Q&A for real-world notes about machine reliability, access, and any extra fees. Still, confirm with the building since policies can change.

That can happen when units have different arrangements. Before you sign, confirm whether your specific unit is eligible for the laundry type you were shown (in-unit vs. shared) and whether it comes with any extra charges or rules.
