Buildings with elevators near Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av station in NYC

It restricts the results to buildings that Openigloo flags as having an elevator. Still, you should confirm the elevator’s availability, hours, and any service limitations directly with the building.

Use the renter reviews and tenant Q&A on Openigloo to look for patterns around outages, maintenance response time, and whether the elevator is consistently accessible.

This page is focused on buildings in the area that match your elevator requirement. Once you open a specific building, you can compare available apartments for rent and the unit-level details.

Ask about elevator downtime, estimated repair timelines, any scheduled maintenance windows, and whether there are restrictions that affect move-ins or daily access.

Elevator access doesn’t automatically mean lower or higher fees. You still need to review each building’s application, move-in, deposit, and any other recurring charges shown with the apartments for rent.

Openigloo combines tenant-written feedback and other building signals to help you spot issues earlier. Use these signals to form questions, but verify specifics with the building before committing.

An elevator can help, but it may not cover every need. Confirm door widths, step-free access from the street, lobby and hallway conditions, and any required documentation or procedures with the building.
