Buildings with low historical violations near the Q69 bus in Astoria

It’s a filter based on NYC open records of historical violations for a building. It’s meant to help you start with cleaner signals, but it does not guarantee conditions today—confirm details with the building.

Use it to reduce walking and commute friction. Still, verify the building’s exact address against your typical stop(s) and travel time, since “near” depends on the route and walking paths.

No. The filter reflects historical violation signals, which may not reflect current management, repairs, or newly reported issues. Reviews and tenant Q&A are still the best way to understand what tenants experience.

It’s a good starting point for route-based convenience, but expand your search if you need access to other subway lines, specific schools, or shorter commutes at certain times of day.

Ask what maintenance work is currently underway, how pest issues are handled, and how they track and close violations. If you have a specific concern (heating, hot water, noise, or repairs), ask for examples of recent fixes.

Think of the filter as a screen, not the finish line. Reviews and Q&A help you validate whether the building’s day-to-day experience aligns with the historical signals.
