The building itself is beautiful. The neighborhood is lovely, and the neighbors are incredibly kind.

Cons

At first, the management team seemed lovely, but there were many issues with the building. These included pests, temperature issues, and even ceilings that sloped downward, threatening to fall on our heads. (Not kidding.) Management was hellbent on avoiding all responsibility, leaving us to our own devices in multiple situations that were borderline dangerous. They never returned our security deposit. Live somewhere else.
