Pros
Our apartment is huge for the price and our landlord has been extremely accommodating whenever we have issues. In the five years we have lived at the address, he has never raised the rent. The apartment also comes with laundry in unit, which has been very convenient.
Cons
The bedroom faces the street so it can be a little bit noisy. The bathroom is also pretty small. However, our landlord has done a great job at updating issues over time, including replacing the windows last year with much better ones that help with the noise.
