Landlord lived on site so easy hand off of rent check and the heat worked well. Good lighting, nice big windows, clean hallways. Really sweet block with nice neighbors.
Weird vibe between landlord and her husband so it felt like everytime something needed to be fixed you had to navigate their own strange and tense dynamic. He was really intense.
