Thankful for shelter

Pros

The building is located in a friendly Spanish community. Closeness of amenities and transportation was a plus. Close to police and fire departments.

Cons

Rate of crime. Noise levels from locals. Trash and cleanliness of public spaces became an issue. Theft of packages and lack of accountability.

Advice to the owners

Need to find way for tenants and property to feel safer for the amount of money into the lease
