Alright but Not Recommended
Pros
- Laundry in unit - Rooms are decently sized - Cheap for NYC - Renovated recently - No problem in getting hot water - Dishwasher
Cons
- Loud area and windows are thin - Had a cockroach problem initially (had to deal with it ourselves) - Management is awful. Fridge broke for a few weeks, and we didn't get a response until 311 was involved. Other issues are unresolved. - Heat gets too hot - Air quality is not the best - Water pressure is awful - Not the best area
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive to your tenants!
Decent apartment building
Pros
- Newly renovated, large rooms - Decently clean hallway
Cons
- It's LOUD regardless if your apartment is street or backyard facing - Not the safest area - Roaches (but there are monthly pest control) - Packages were stolen - Building manager is only responsive when he needs something from the tenants - Extremely weak water pressure

- Pay more attention to your tenants
