Spacious units but electricity bills are very expensive
Pros
In unit laundry, modern kitchen appliances, lots of cabinet space, lots of closet space. Water pressure is good; never had problems with hot water. Units get a lot of sunlight since they either face east or west and have large windows. The neighbors are polite and pretty quiet. The trash chute has never worked, but there are large bins for recycling and garbage in the trash room, and they get emptied frequently enough.
Cons
Electric bills are very high due to the central AC/heat. Winter and summer bills are pretty high depending on what temperature you set your thermostat to. Would expect to pay around $200+ per month on electricity during the hot summer months and cold winter months. My windows didn't come with blinds or curtains. They only had curtains because the previous tenant left them behind, and they're not the right length, so light still peeks through. It can be noisy at times if you're facing the street, but it's pretty quiet overall.
