Pros:
Friendly staff, great location, always clean.
Cons:
Heat is often not strong enough during the winter.

Pros:
beautiful view of central park, responsive maintenance and kind super. expected issues with plumbing, staged renovations of common areas and exteriors, etc.
Cons:
paper thin walls -- you will hear every sneeze. condo board does not allow tenants to own pets (a prior neighbor was evicted when they adopted a dog).

Lots of street noise, particularly sirens coming across 97th street

Pros:
Very convenient location. There is a playground in the backyard which is very nice for family with kids. Good security, feel very safe in this area
Cons:
If the apartment facing the street side, it may be noisy in the morning with the Garbage truck

Very convenient location

Location is excellent, building is right next to Central Park and the subway. Staff is very friendly.
Cons:
Some units are not renovated.
