"Luxury Building" without the luxuries

Pros

Building is rent stabilized, large windows and large balconies, well insulated, somewhat soundproofed, nice floors, multiple elevators.

Cons

Building feels like it is not being taken care of, management is not responsive and very dismissive, super asks for cash payments to make sure you get your deposit back, many people have reported not getting their deposits back or only partial for normal wear and tear. Amenities are almost always broken.
