WARNING - Unit 5

Pros

The building is fine and generally clean.

Cons

Renting a room in unit 5 from Kyle Cameron could be the worst decision you’ll ever make. Kyle lives in the apartment and is an absolute nightmare of a human being. Do not be fooled by the beautiful apartment—it is not worth it. Out of the two other guys that moved in with me around the same time, all three of us had horrible experiences. We actually tracked down the three previous tenants before us, and they had similarly horrible experiences. The one saving grace is we are now all good friends after having commiserated over our shared experiences. Save yourself while you still can—do not rent from Kyle.

Beware of Floor 5

Pros

Beautiful space, great location

Cons

Son of the landlord of floor 5 lives on the same floor while renting out three rooms to others. This person is probably one of the worst people that ever lived, running the apartment like a little dictator the likes of Stalin and Pol Pot, in which nothing but his will goes. He will make it sound like everything is possible, but he seems to derive pleasure from making people’s lives miserable. Don’t get fooled by the beauty of the space: avoid at all costs.
