Pros
Management and service providers were always quick to respond and prompt to manage issues. No complaints. Very close to the M and L trains. The long layout means space for a dining area as well as a living area.
Cons
We were on the first floor of this building and the apartment did not get much light at all. Really dark in the hallway, kitchen and bedrooms. Noise from the above-ground M train towards the back of the apartment for which I used a sound machine to drown out at night.
Advice to the owners
Overall really appreciated ownership of this building. One thing that would be nice is if the quarter dispenser were up and running for the on-site laundry.
