210 West 96th Street - Renters Beware!

Large units with condo finishes

Cons

Shady rental practices whereby the leasing company charges inequitable rents, no opportunity to create community, the block the building is on is disgusting, with rats, people defecating on the front door, ejaculating on cars parked on the street, and drug paraphernalia found in front of the building at times.
