Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback on buildings managed by David Deutsch reveals significant management shortcomings. Common issues include poor building cleanliness, inadequate garbage management, and persistent pest problems, especially rodents. Heating systems are often faulty or insufficient, causing discomfort. Residents report unresponsiveness from management and questionable maintenance practices, with some describing neglect of safety hazards and illegal apartment modifications. While some neighbors are friendly and locations convenient, overall tenant trust in management is low. Tenants urge the landlord to improve professionalism, enhance maintenance oversight, address heating and pest control promptly, and foster better communication and respect for tenants' living conditions.
