Pros
Quite neighborhood and had laundry in the community space
Cons
Rodents are an issue, management completely sucks at reply/ getting issue resolved and they’re very dismissive on the issue.

Lack of upgrade
Pros
Location is accessible to all public transportation and highways.
Cons
Very dirty and unkept. Mildew on outside of building. Grounds not maintained. Hallways not sanitize, swept and mopped.
Advice to the owners
Maintenance is key to retaining better property value. There is no one being held accountable for their productivity or lack there of.
