Just alright building

Pros:
Clean, good security, nice big shared backyard
Cons:
Owners are not very responsive when you try calling the offices or via email
Advice to owner:
Better trash management

clean, close to the train, quiet and safe neighborhood
Cons:
the owners during the early covid pandemic were very unreasonable toward long-term tenants who had lost their jobs and were temporarily struggling

clean, nice amenities: shared backyard, washer dryer in unit, dishwasher. Management is responsive. Great area.

The apartment units are very small for the price

The apartment units are overpriced for the amount of space.

The building is small and the tenants tend to be pretty decent and respectful
Cons:
Management company; Carnegie management screws people over all the time, from the lease agreement to giving back security deposits. Beware!

Owners are crooks, stole our security deposit and still haven’t returned it, it’s been months.
