Not the Best, Not the Worst

Pros

The apartment is convenient to stores and subway access. Busy street so there are always people around.

Cons

My first two years had mice problems. Heat in my room has been hit or miss every winter. The management never gives an exact time for when they will arrive on a given day. I have wasted many days waiting for management to show up. Packages get stolen and delivery people always have a hard time getting in because the buzzer never works. I have had many problems and constant back and forth with management. The caulking around counters was non existent until it caused damage. The washer/dryer unit sits on pieces of wood.

Advice to the owners

The apartment has progressively gotten better over the years but it is after years of talking with management to fix things. My hope would be that they can expand their team to help their tenants. Especially because they keep raising rent and did during the pandemic with no aide for anyone who is currently suffering job loss.
