Loud but spacious apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is small, with only three apartments. The apartments are spacious, have good natural light, hardwood floors, huge kitchens, and are well taken care of. Building management is nice and relatively responsive.
Cons:
Most importantly, the noise from the street is VERY LOUD. You can hear everything from all parts of the apartment and the building is next to a night club. There are the occasional pests, the heat occasionally goes out during the winter, and the apartments are just a bit old / rough around the edges.
