Convenient location, older building, less responsive management
Pros
- Convenient to many train lines and landmarks - Elevators that open into all units, if that's your thing
Cons
- Older building means things frequently break. Your experience will depend on how quickly your owner responds to things breaking. Building management is remote and can be unresponsive - During the week, the neighborhood gets crowded with office workers and tourists

Bit noisy, otherwise pretty great
Pros
Short walk to several parks Right above a snack and smoke shop Neighborhood is super cute, lots of good food, bars, and cafes
Cons
Neighbor drums sometimes, other neighbor sometimes plays loud music Street noise can be tough (not far from the BQE either) Has a nice backyard, but it is almost never used for anything beyond smoking
