Several years happy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building super, Miguel — who was always on top of things and available to help. No pests and very quick responsiveness for repair needs. Anything that needed fixing got fixed. The property is well kept with a range of amenities that’s hard to match. Generally approachable and communicative management (excepting a couple slow response emails).
Cons:
Location is a bit of a walk to the subway and other areas you’ll want to get to. The furnished roof could be kept up better — sometimes felt shabby.
