Well Maintained Building in Prime Prospect Heights

Responsive and kind building super/property manager No bugs - very clean building Well maintained units Amazing location Nice amenities (though very small gym)
Cons
If you live on the 2nd and 3rd floor, the building is carpeted and you don't hear a lot of traffic/noise, but if you live on the first floor that is not carpeted (hallways) you can hear EVERYTHING: people who walk by, dogs, loud shoes. The walls are very thin and the air ducts are poorly placed, but that is a building issue. New buildings are notorious for being poorly built/not being sound proof.

Overpriced, small bedrooms and some without actual windows, some strange building design decisions (e.g. tricky angles, etc.), strict with move-in/move-out dates
