Scammy Landlord Uses Alias

It has nice light. Good water pressure. Liked the hardwood floors.
Cons
Landlord charged me extra on my first month (he prorated from date of signing, not when I received my keys). He’s using an alias to rent because he was previously convicted for harassing tenants and trying to illegally evict them. Harassed me, even though I paid my rent on time every month. Building has a roach problem that the landlord won’t do anything about. Packages are consistently stolen and there was no doorbell/buzzer to know when deliveries were downstairs. Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor fart. Nightmare of a building that was extremely overpriced.
Advice to the owners
Stop renting, sell your properties

Only like roommates, they were cool.
Cons
The owner who initially ask for the deposit then went ahead and kept it without letting me know that it’s a not refundable. The place is trash if they don’t like you. They aren’t very trustworthy people.
Advice to the owners
Be a grown up and refund people who you cheat money deposit off.
