Spacious but damn
Pros
Spacious apartment with good light. Super was relatively responsive.
Cons
Roach city - both in the apt building and in the unit itself. Exterminator didn’t seem to help. Poorly insulated so could hear everything outside + heat in the summer was brutal. Poor structured pipes which would lead to flooding.

roach infested, sus management, always a group of men on the front steps blasting music, doesn’t feel safe for women
