good location, but the apartment is a disaster
Cons:
Worst management I have ever worked with. They abuse and take advantage of the tenants. No heat or hot water for over a month. Carbon monoxide leaks. Mold. Water leaks. Cockroaches. Rats. This apartment is an absolute nightmare. Management does not respond to messages.

Location and apt finishes
Cons:
Management and super. Both unresponsive to issues during the lease (like massive rodent infestation in the basement which you have to go to through away the trash). the water was rusty and disgusting. Property management is not responding to my requests to return security deposit. No laundry in building.
Advice to owner:
Just be professional and do your job
