Fine Building, Slow Maintenance

Pros

- Family owned, whole family is nice - neighbors are generally kind - coffee shop downstairs is great - good location

Cons

- Management is responsive but takes forever to fix anything - charging more than what the apartments are worth, they wont renovate anything and charging the same as new apartments in astoria

Advice to the owners

renovate apartments if you're going to charge well over typical astoria prices
