Cons

Our apartment had tiny bugs on the ceilings constantly that we could never get rid of. Management changed halfway through our lease and we never were able to get our security deposit back. The floors had major wood issues and the building is cracked in half.

Nice neighborhood , very nice neighbors , calm environment very quite.

Cons

The building is usually very filthy , very little maintenance if any at all. Building company very unresponsive.

Advice to the owners

Pay more attention to the property, in relations to keep it clean and sanitary. Cameras should definitely be installed to keep strangers from loitering or entering the building.
