The building feels like a strange hybrid of a luxury shopping mall and a neglected, poorly supervised public facility. Many people here got in through the lottery. There are always broken fixtures, unfinished repairs, damaged common areas, and people moving in and out without any meaningful control. Amenities are not properly inspected, access is not enforced, and the result is that the entire building constantly feels disorderly and deteriorated. The building appears to operate as a mixed-income property, but management does not seem to maintain the level of oversight needed for a building with such heavy amenity use and high traffic.
Advice to the owners
I will move out.
