Unreal back porch/patio but so so inside bc weird layout
Pros
Fantastic personal back porch/patio on third floor. Essentially adds another living room sized space to the apartment but outside. Area get lots of sun. Updated appliances and generally a lot of cabinet space. Washer and dryer in unit. Land lord lives in building so is easy to get a hold of. Has lot of people who can help with any apartment issues (plumbing, light fixtures etc. )
Cons
The layout is weird. The apartment is long and skinny with separate kitchen and living room area. There are also small roaches in kitchen which may be our own doing.
Advice to the owners
Communicate more clearly with realtor so they don’t over promise. Hire exterminator.
