Close to J train Close to 4 grocery stores Gym next door Rooftop Supers are really nice if you’re nice to them Very nice neighbors First floor was always clean by cleaners

Neighbors had mice problems Extremely loud, like we like in NY you expect it but it’s still. Laundry was down for months
Overpriced flashy new build but decent enough

This place was clean and everything worked as it should
Cons
The super was always trying to gas light us instead of just fixing things but I was stubborn enough to get him to come when we had an issue. The internet in the basement for the laundry was always going out though and he could only fix it if he was around. Also packages would get stolen a lot. When we moved in also asked for keys because the door was electric and If there was a blackout I wanted to be able to get into my apartment. They told me that the last thing I’d be worrying about is getting into the building if there was a blackout. That’s how wild the gaslighting was.
