Pros:
Great apartments and layouts. Hall is always clean. Great stoop. In unit laundry. Rooftop.
Cons:
Water isn’t included in rent and the landlord basically guesses how much to charge each apartment.
Advice to owner:
Include water and heat in the rent. Allow a garden on the roof.
