There is a step down shelter across the street. The tenants sit in front of the building. There are always fights and shootings and stabbing. The landlord does not clean the building and he does not do repairs. The hot water does not work and the air conditioner goes out every summer and it airs 3 weeks to repair. The neighbors do not clean up after their animals and there’s a roach infestation
