Former Tenant
Pros:
Well maintained, fixes stuff for you and doesn’t charge, prompt communication, understanding
Cons:
They charge utilities several months at a time which can be overwhelming, esp if it includes the winter months when the gas bill is higher. One time is was 5 months! But they are good about arranging a payment plan
Advice to owner:
To be more prompts about billing utilities, even bimonthly is better
