Overall good building
Pros
Laundry in the basement, clean building, access to a gym in a neighboring building. Super was responsive.
Cons
Packages were sometimes stolen. Four years living there and once when I was locked out the super didn’t have my information so he thought I was lying about living in the apartment. Told him the address was on my ID inside and he finally let me in. Super was rude to me when I was moving out. Management tried to increase my rent to more than what they were listing new apartments for online. Wouldn’t negotiate in the end.
