Not worth it
Pros
great location and w+d in unit
Cons
Theres no pest management, roaches and mice everywhere, non responsive landlord, high rent
Advice to the owners
maintain the building and apartments

It was fine, way too expensive for what it was
Pros
The super was always very kind and the building was quiet. My unit faced towards the patio so it was like a nook.
Cons
I found a dead mouse behind the fridge and found a bedbug in my apartment. I was told by the pest control people that I hired (because the landlord didn’t really do much about it except email someone asking if it was actually a bedbug) told me that it was most likely coming from a neighboring unit, so I didn’t get it from my things.
