Nice Walk Up
Pros
The design of the entry and staircase is nicer than a lot of walk ups, The location is prime, Located on a quiet block with good shops and places to eat, Super is very helpful and responsive.
Cons
Virtual doorman goes down quite a bit, Stairs are extremely steep and dangerous because they are marble. They mop them daily but leave them very wet and slippery as there’s no traction pads on the stairs, It’s miserable going up or down with a suitcase/packages but that’s any walk up, There’s always rats out front of the building at night but again it’s nyc..

Pros
Incredible neighborhood Private outdoor spaces (roof, patios) High ceilings
Cons
Old building means: - bad heat - AC units - a decent amount of pests with little done about it

Be more responsive to building issues/more proactive
