Location is great, updated appliances, large space.
Cons
Management and repairs are not responsive, apartment gets way too hot with the radiators.

Enjoyable first apartment
Pros
Great location, beautiful pre war building and apartment with large windows and natural light. Clean.
Cons
Elevator was out of order a lot (lived on 6th floor), slow response from super and management (door knob fell off of the bathroom door and I was stuck in there for a couple of hours) Ceiling caved in and flooded the hallway, they kept putting a bandaid on the problem until finally fixing the roof. Needs to update kitchen appliances. Water was either scolding or cold.
Advice to the owners
Talk to the super to be more responsive or hire a more responsive super.
