Great first apartment!
Pros
Super was very attentive and building was well cleaned.
Cons
Doors are super thin so you can hear everyone going up and down the stairs. Apartment was slanted too.

Great friendly neighbors, small building, great neighborhood
Cons
Mice in the building and the building manager was very unhelpful. The carpets in the hallway desperately need to be cleaned and the windows aren’t sound proof
