Dreadful horrible property managers & broker

Trashy and extremely malodorous, breaks every building code possible rude agents and nasty managers floor is sagging and we're afraid we're going to crash into the apartment downstairs. Plus the heat and airconditioner don't work and there' s functioning toliet or shower and the fridge is broke too. It's very smokey in the hallway and the floor is slippery.
Advice to the owners
Start complying with the law or go to prison for a very long time - we don't care if it's a om tov - fix it around the clock
