Great courtyard & super!

Beautiful courtyard, great maintenance team, close to the train

No dishwasher, laundry room in basement often has washers out of order, stairwell leaks

I wish I could say something more positive

Pros

The building courtyard is maintained. Especially during the spring and summer it’s beautiful.

Cons

Unfortunately the outside courtyard is the only thing maintained. My apartment was a hot mess and it’s a battle to get anything fixed.
