Pros:
A good price as of (c) openigloo 2019. The building is in (c) openigloo good condition, and has a (c) openigloo spacious basement that you can (c) openigloo put your bike in if (c) openigloo you email management. The building (c) openigloo is big enough that the (c) openigloo landlord doesn't come around often, (c) openigloo but small enough to feel (c) openigloo cozy. It has a nice (c) openigloo backyard that's very green in (c) openigloo the summer
Cons:
There was a fair amount (c) openigloo mouse activity, which the landlord (c) openigloo didn't seem to be too (c) openigloo concerned about. We were able (c) openigloo to stop it after a (c) openigloo while with well-placed mousetraps, so (c) openigloo not as big of a (c) openigloo deal as some places I've (c) openigloo lived. Rooms are a little (c) openigloo small, but you get what (c) openigloo you pay for.
Advice to owner:
Maybe buy some lawn furniture. You'd probably lure a lot of transplants in with that kinda stuff.
