Great super, bad management

Pros:
The super is incredible, the location is great
Cons:
Management sucks, rents go up insane amounts year to year, apartments are outdated, across from a school
Advice to owner:
Improve the elevator and apartments

Algin Management was terrible

Pros:
I used to live on the top floor and it was a good location.
Cons:
People were selling drugs on the 5th floor.
It was really noisy and thin walls.
Tenants did not keep tidy in the hallway and garage area. Super was ok.
Algin Management was terrible. Greedy, cheap landlord.
Advice to owner:
Please hire a good super, and please be selective when you rent out your property. Not to drug dealers. You took me to a court, but your manager was at fault. You are greedy landlord.
