Great location, in-unit laundry

Cons:

Super filthy entry way, broken appliances with no landlord fixing

Great location and quiet building.

Cons:

Rent payments had to be paid via a mailed check. Wish there was a portal to make payment easier and make maintenance requests.

Good apt w nice appliances but needs more attentative landlord

Pros:

Good lighting and nice appliances. Some spacious bedrooms. Roof access. Overall an okay apartment near lots of restaurants.

Cons:

Small. Had issues with hot water and heat and landlord took a very longs time to resolve. Walk up.

Advice to owner:

Be more responsive to tenants complaints.

Great location - the only positive aspect of renting here.

Cons:

Extremely poor management. Multiple issues with building and appliances. Stay away.

Advice to owner:

Hire property management that actually manages the building & is competent.
