Fantastic pre war building on the UWS

Pros:
Friendly neighbors and great location. Great units that are spacious.
Cons:
$$$. Not only will the mortgage payments most likely be substantial, but the maintenance fees are around $3,000 a month (and will likely continue to rise a certain % every year). So even if the place if fully paid off, you still have a substantial monthly payment.
