Pros
Double windows mean the inside is well insulated and quiet.
Cons
Delivery guys often hanging out right in front of the building

Well maintained building with wonderful management
Pros
Beth, the landlord, is friendly, reasonable, and cares about her tenants. She just wants good people living there. The super, Frank, is truly phenomenal. The building is well maintained and the people are friendly. The walls are thick to block any sounds from neighbors

Macdougal is a loud street
